Key Account Manager in Neuratree

We empower our users to build amazing and beautiful content that is displayed on large screens in the education, retail, corporate communications, healthcare and hospitality environments.

You will be in charge of working closely with the dev team in order to craft useful solutions. Over time, your role will evolve to oversee all of our operations for our mobile products.

Responsibilities:

• Working with the design and backend engineering team to implement new features on the frontend
• Making sure the web client can scale 7-10x in the next year
• Maintaining security and stability during rapid growth
• Help mitigate and resolve bugs / work with the customer support team to resolve frontend bugs

In order to succeed in this role you should be:

• Experienced. You have designed and implemented entire projects not just individual stories. You have used Ruby on at least one project.

• Self-directed. You can work on your own while prioritizing tasks.

• Empathetic. Your designs are influenced by a deep understanding of the customers' needs.
• A strong communicator. You will proactively communicate issues and trade-offs with team members to support alignment and fast decision making.

You must be a perfectionist — you're simply too passionate about your work to call something 'done' when it's not near perfect yet!

• Experience with mobile
• Experience with Objective-C
• Familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus
• Has experience shipping products
• Self-starter with a passion for product development

• Prior history of open source contributions
• Experience working in remote teams
